About me
I graduated from Swansea University with a Master of Osteopathy (1st class honours). As part of the training we were in a clinical setting within both the NHS and private practice, gaining expertise in treating everything from acute injuries to complex chronic pain conditions. This has inspired me to provide personalised, holistic treatment to a wide range of people.Treatment is always tailored to the individual and focused on helping them to achieve their goals. This can include joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, kinesiology taping, exercise prescription, pain education, and lifestyle advise.
On the weekends, I enjoy exploring the Gower by climbing and hiking. When I get the chance, I also snowboard, ski, and ride horses. This has given me firsthand experience with common injuries associated with those sports.
